Alexander (Alex) Jeon

Exercise Physiologist

B. Clin Ex Phys
ESSA Accredited Exercise Physiologist
ASCA Level 2 Strength & Conditioning Coach

Movement is at the heart of everything Alex does. With a deep understanding of biomechanics underpinned by a four-year university degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology and a passion for helping others move better, he brings an active, evidence-based approach to health, performance, and recovery.

As the founder of Aeon Exercise Physiology, Alex brings over a decade of experience in health, fitness, and performance coaching. A journey that began with his own transformation. At CrossFit Aeon, he discovered the power of purposeful movement, losing 20 kg and reshaping his understanding of health. That experience ignited a passion for helping others create meaningful change, ultimately inspiring him to complete a four-year Clinical Exercise Physiology degree at QUT and establish Aeon Exercise Physiology — a space dedicated to long-term performance, rehabilitation, and strength development.

Alex has provided diverse experience across both athletic and clinical environments, working with clients ranging from professional athletes to individuals recovering from chronic conditions. His coaching and clinical background spans strength and conditioning and specialised rehabilitation programs.

He has worked with:

Strength & Conditioning:
UQ Heavies Colts Rugby Union, Brisbane Grammar Basketball, Valleys Diehards Rugby League, SWQ Thunder, Darling Downs Rugby 7’s, Volleyball Pirates, Western Clydesdales (Colts & QLD Cup), and KLPGA players

Clinical Programs:
Leadership roles at The Fit Lab Toowoomba, overseeing Bariatric Lifestyle Intervention, Oncology Programs, and St Andrew’s Cardiac Rehabilitation programs

At Aeon, Alex blends his clinical expertise, performance coaching, and strength training background to help clients move with purpose, recover stronger, and perform with confidence. His particular interests include sports injuries, musculoskeletal rehabilitation, and long-term performance development.

Outside the clinic, Alex practices what he teaches — staying active through running and strength training, exploring new ways to challenge movement and mindset, and spending quality time with friends and family.
