30minutes · free · no obligation

Is this for you?

Online coaching works best if you…

  • Have pain, stiffness or an old injury that keeps coming back
  • Train on your own but want a structured program with a clear purpose
  • Live outside Brisbane, travel often or can't get to regular sessions
  • Want an exercise physiologist in your corner, not just an app
How it works

Three steps to a plan that fits you.

01

Discovery call

A free 30-minute call. You tell us what's going on and what you want to get back to. We tell you honestly whether we can help.

02

Online assessment

Over video, we assess how you move: where you're missing control, range or strength, and what's driving the problem.

03

Your program

A personalised program in the app, adjusted as you progress, with messaging support and regular check-ins.

On the call

You'll leave with clarity, even if we don't work together.

  • A clear view of what's likely holding you back
  • Whether online coaching or in-person sessions suit you best
  • The next step we'd recommend, with no pressure to commit

Questions

Before you book.

Is the discovery call really free?

Yes. It's a free 30-minute call, with no obligation to sign up.

Can rehab really work online?

For many people, yes. Movement can be assessed over video, and most rehab and strength work is about the right exercises, progressed at the right time. If we think you need to be seen in person, we'll tell you.

Do I need a gym or equipment?

You don't need a full gym, but having some equipment on hand is highly recommended. Access to a gym, or even a few basics at home like dumbbells, resistance bands or a kettlebell, lets us progress your program properly. We'll build it around whatever you have.

Who will I be working with?

Alex Jeon, Accredited Exercise Physiologist (ESSA) and Level 2 Strength & Conditioning Coach (ASCA).
