Is Exercise Physiology For you?
If you’re dealing with pain, recovering from an injury, or stuck in a cycle of flare-ups, this is where we step in.
We work with people who want more than short-term relief. The focus isn’t just settling symptoms it’s rebuilding strength, control and capacity so your body can handle more.
From back and neck pain to gym and sports injuries, every plan is structured around where you are now and where you want to go.

Exercise physiology uses structured, progressive exercise to rebuild strength, restore confidence, and increase your capacity over time.
At Aeon Exercise Physiology in West End Brisbane, the focus isn’t just reducing pain — it’s building a body that can tolerate more. Through assessment, tailored programming, and progressive load, we bridge the gap between rehab and real-world performance.
Our method: Assess, Adapt, Evolve guides you from where you are now toward long-term strength and resilience.
-
You may benefit from exercise physiology if you:
Have ongoing back, knee, or shoulder pain
Experience recurring flare-ups
Feel unsure what to do in the gym
Are returning from injury or surgery
Want structured strength without aggravating old issues
If you’re looking for a clear plan rather than guesswork, this approach may be appropriate.

Physiotherapy often focuses on diagnosing and managing acute injuries, particularly in the early stages of recovery.
Exercise physiology focuses on structured, progressive exercise to rebuild strength, improve movement capacity, and increase long-term load tolerance.
While both professions support rehabilitation, exercise physiology places greater emphasis on ongoing programming and helping you return to training, sport, and everyday performance with confidence.

Get back to doing what you LOVE
At Aeon, we combine detailed assessment with structured progression to rebuild strength, control and confidence. We take the time to understand what’s holding you back and what you want to return to.
Every journey follows a clear three-step process:
Every journey begins with your story, your movement, your injuries, your training background and your day-to-day demands. This gives us the clarity to build the right plan from the start.
ASSESS
Together, we create a structured plan to address your injury, rebuild strength and capacity, and support long-term performance. Every step is guided, progressed appropriately, and tailored to your goals and lifestyle.
ADAPT
As your capacity builds, your training becomes more challenging and more specific. We guide the progression so you keep improving without setbacks.
