Our Cancellation Policy

At Aeon Exercise Physiology we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise that may lead to the cancellation of an appointment. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, we ask that a minimum of 24 hours’ notice be provided for any cancellation or reschedule

• Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the session fee.

• Failure to attend an appointment without notice (“no-show”) may result in the full session fee being charged.

• A one-time courtesy waiver may be applied at the discretion of the practice for a first late cancellation or no-show.

• For all NDIS or third party patients, please refer to your individual service agreements for the cancellation policy that applies to your treatment
